Malvazija st. Euphemia after the period of maturation and resting for 16 months in oak barrels, grows a round and characteristic taste and long life. Its colour is gold—yellow, it is of intriguing scent, with stressed flowery scents of elder and vanilla which mix with the scents of flowers, grass and herbs, especially hazelnuts and bread crust. The taste is soft and very harmonious, of fine structure and longevity.

serve with oven-baked dishes or dishes under the bell with aromatic herbs and with roasted white meat.
